Summary[]
Rihito enters as a member of the association, representing himself this time. Gensai Kuroki, representing Motor Head Motors enters the ring. His fighting style is Kaiwan style, another assassination style comparable to the Kure Family. Kuroki merely deflects Rihito, seemingly unbothered by Rihito's attempts at fighting, he makes a mockery of Rihito. He displays to Rihito several times that if he followed through with his blows, Rihito would be defeated four times over by now. Rihito is tired of being looked down on, and finally lands a cut on Kuroki. Kuroki begins to take Rihito seriously.
Sawada watches from the hospital room, remembering when he first met Rihito when they were teenagers. They feuded over highschool gang territories and it has progressed into their adulthood. He refuses to forgive Rihito if he loses to anyone before Sawada can defeat him.
Kuroki sinks his fingers into Rihito's flesh, tearing through him just as his nickname Devil's Lance foretold. Rihito notices the world around him is silent, slow, clear. He uses this to charge at Kuroki, and blacks out. He awakes, greeted by Naoya in a separate room from the fighting ring. He excuses himself, crying alone in the hallway by his overwhelming defeat.
13th game in Block D begins, entering with Sen Hatsumi representing Nogi group. Kazuo shares his concerns about Sen's possible loss to Ohma, but Ohma puts that Sen merely needs to win bluntly. Representing Yoshitake Real Estate enters Takayuki Chiba, masquerading as an elderly man and morphed into his true form before Sen.
